Eliberarea certificatului de export pentru bunurile culturale aflate în proprietate publică
Issuing the export certificate for cultural goods in public ownership
The deadline for issuing the export certificate is at least 30 days from the date of registration of the application.
The validity period of the export certificate is 1 year from the date of its issuance, with the possibility of extension for a new period of maximum 12 months.
Documents required for the provision of the service:
1) Application for issuing the export certificate;
2) Invitation to participate from the external partner;
3) Note of opportunity regarding the operations of investigations, restoration or expertise, as the case may be;
4) List of cultural assets proposed to be removed temporarily, with an estimate of their nominal value;
5) Nomination of the person in charge of the exhibition or the representative who accompanies the goods;
6) The loan contract or the contract for the provision of services for investigations, restoration or expertise, as the case may be, concluded in original form in the Romanian language and in a language of international circulation, as the case may be, signed and stamped on each page by the contracting parties, with the visa of the legal subdivision within the public administration institution or authority under which the holder of the right of administration carries out his activity, as the case may be;
7) The insurance contract for the goods proposed to be removed from the territory of the Republic of Moldova. The contract will be concluded with an insurance company based in the Republic of Moldova or, with the prior approval of the Ministry of Culture, in a member state of the European Union. For works of exceptional value, the contract will contain the state guarantee clause on the integrity, inviolability and immunity of the works. The contract will have the visa of the legal subdivision within the public administration institution or authority under which the holder of the right of administration carries out his activity, as the case may be;
8) Copies of the records of cultural assets;
9) Copies of the health records of the cultural assets, signed by the conservator and restorer, as appropriate;
10) Photographs of the goods, indicating significant details;
11) The mandate of the exhibition manager accompanying the goods (Annex 6 to the Regulation on the movement of movable cultural goods).
