The furniture is an ensemble consisting of a tall rectangular mirror and an integrated console with a rast, having a massive design with elements of the neo-baroque or late Renaissance style. It is distinguished by the presence of prominent decorative elements, such as the columns of the frame with vertical, carved balustrades and decorative elements in the upper part and spiraled that support both the mirror frame and the console top. The frame is richly ornamented, the sides are flat. The lower part of the frame is decorated on the sides with vertical strips applied with notches. The piece is made of solid wood (oak, walnut?), ebonized and painted in dark marl. Elements of the decor are hand-carved and detailed, reflecting the craftsmanship of the era. According to the style, I assume that the furniture was produced in the Russian Empire or Eastern Europe?. The mirror and console are a piece of antique furniture, probably dating from the second half of the 19th century. The mirror is a carved wooden frame with a shelf. The frame is rectangular. The frame has a two-tiered cornice with protruding plinths and carved decorative elements. The sides of the frame are framed with applied vertical turned balustrades. The lower part of the frame is decorated on the sides with applied vertical bands with notches. At the bottom of the mirror is a wide wooden shelf set on two legs; the lower part of the shelf has beveled edges. The wood is painted dark brown and varnished.
