A circular coin of a matte silver color, which on the obverse, in the center of the coin, has the nominal value "100" inscribed in large and prominent figures, below which is the word "LEI" written in capital letters. Below the nominal value, near the bottom edge of the coin, is engraved the year of issuance: 1992. The left side of the obverse shows a stylized laurel branch, which curves following the contour of the coin. It has several leaves and, at the bottom, a fine stem. On the right side, symmetrically, there is another branch, possibly of wheat, with a similar shape, with visible ears. Both elements are made in fine relief. The edge of the coin is simple, unornamented. On the reverse in the center there is a portrait of the Romanian ruler Michael the Brave, wearing a tall hat, specific to the period, and a beard. Around the portrait, on the edge of the coin, is inscribed the text "MIHAI VITEAZUL" on the left side and "ROMANIA" on the right side. Material and color: The coin appears to be made of silver metal, possibly a commemorative or circulation coin from the 1990s. Condition: It is in a relatively worn condition, with small scratches, but the details of the portrait are still visible. This coin is a piece issued by the National Bank of Romania, most likely a commemorative or circulation coin of 500 lei from 1993, from the period after the Revolution.
